Autumn nights in the Eastern Sierras get chilly. Add in high altitude and strong winds and you'll have a certain level of uncomfortableness sleeping in a small tent.  It was all worth it though when I came across this aspen grove at an elevation of 7,600 feet. The vibrant yellow leaves against the white bark created  a captivating and masterful scene.
