Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the production phase only. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We usually begin production immediately after your order and payment has been completed.

Exchanges

All metal prints are inspected by the finest professional printing lab so that you receive the best quality print. We offer exchanges for delivery damage and major defects in craftsmanship. Your purchase delivery is insured so if the product arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Some proof may be required i.e. photograph of damaged product and compromised packaging. In the unusual case that you find a major defect, you may exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Metal prints are printed on aircraft grade aluminum with a permanent coating applied by state of the art machines. The coating sometimes contains small imperfections such as small bumps and craters. Each sheet is very carefully inspected and if there are imperfections they are placed in the least obtrusive areas of the image. Metal prints will not be exchanged due to these minor imperfections unless they are located in a very prominent part of the image. Your metal print is moisture and weatherproof, but do not place it in direct sunlight as it will fade like all photographs.

Returns

Ochner Photography uses the finest professional printing lab, methods, techniques, and materials. Each print is carefully inspected for quality and consistency before shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it undamaged in it’s original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If the product is undamaged (including scratches and dents to the front, back, or mounts) upon inspection by Ochner Photography, a refund will be issued. Outgoing and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. A 25% restocking fee of the full retail price will be charged on all returns.

Shipping

Orders will be processed 2-3 business days. After your payment is received we will begin production and product ships to you within 30 days. Expedited shipping is available.

International shipping is available, however, you will need to contact us first to determine an accurate shipping cost. All items are shipped from California, USA.

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, all metal prints over 30” on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated.
